The Project
Einherjar is not just a music project. It is a timeline of a life told through music. Every lyric and every song comes from real experiences, real places, and real people. Nothing is written just to write a song—everything comes from something that actually happened.
The project exists as a way to document life, experiences, and different periods of time through music and lyrics instead of through photos or journals.
Where the Music Comes From
Over the years, I have lost almost everyone I grew up with and almost everyone I considered close—friends, family, and people who were once part of everyday life. Life moved in different directions. Some people disappeared, some passed away, and some chapters ended the way life sometimes does.
Those experiences, those losses, and those changes became a major part of the music and the lyrics.
I have spent a lot of time traveling and living on the road, seeing different parts of the world, different cultures, and different ways of living. Some of those experiences change how you see everything. Eventually, that perspective comes out in the music whether you try to put it there or not.
Musical Style
The music ranges from dark alternative to indie rock to atmospheric and cinematic sound. Each song represents a different time, place, or mindset.
No two songs are exactly the same because no two periods of life are the same. The sound is built around the story behind the song rather than trying to fit into a single genre. Some tracks are darker, some more atmospheric, and some more driven by rock elements depending on what the story requires.
The Name Einherjar
The name Einherjar comes from Norse mythology, referring to warriors who have fallen in battle and are brought to Valhalla.
The name represents survival, loss, struggle, and continuing forward after everything changes. That idea sits at the core of the entire project and appears throughout the themes and lyrics in the music.
The Timeline
The Einherjar project is a timeline of life told through music.
Each release represents a different chapter, place, or period of time. As more music is written and released, the project continues to grow and evolve. The website, music, lyrics, and visuals all serve as a record of that timeline.
